• Court filing fees (set by the court) are the customer's responsibility and are separate from our service fee

What Courts We Serve

We file with California small claims courts throughout the state. The appropriate court is determined by the location of the defendant or where the dispute arose, in accordance with California law. Please provide the correct court information in your intake form.
