How It Works

Six simple steps from choosing your service to tracking your completed order.

01

Choose Your Service

Select from our flat-fee services: Small Claims Filing, Superior Court Filing, California Small Claims Appearance, or Process Service. You may combine filing and process service in a single order.

  • Small Claims Filing — $200 flat fee
  • Superior Court Filing — $500 flat fee
  • CA Small Claims Appearance — $200 (eligibility required)
  • Process Service — $150 per service address
02

Complete the Intake Form

Our guided multi-step form collects all the information we need to process your order. You'll provide contact information, court and case details, party information, and service addresses.

  • Contact information
  • Court name, address, and case information
  • Plaintiff and defendant information
  • Service addresses (for process service)
  • Filing details and special instructions
03

Upload Your Documents

Upload the documents to be filed or served. All documents are handled securely. Do not submit documents until the document upload feature is fully activated.

  • Filing documents (for court filing services)
  • Documents to be served (for process service)
  • Supporting materials as needed
04

Review Your Order & Pay

Review your complete order summary, confirm your acknowledgments, and pay your flat service fee. You'll receive an order confirmation with your order number.

  • Review all order details
  • Confirm required acknowledgments
  • Pay your flat service fee
  • Receive order confirmation
05

We Process Your Order

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we process your filing or assign a process server. We handle the logistics so you don't have to.

  • Document review and preparation
  • Court filing or process server assignment
  • Status updates as your order progresses
06

Track Your Order Status

Log in to your customer account to track your order status in real time. You'll be able to see when your documents were filed or when service was completed.
